Barbara Romeo is the greatest!  In this time of very poor home sales she helped sell my parents' condo in only three weeks. My parents are in their upper eighties and had decided that the time had come for them to sell their condo in Fountain Hills.  It was very hard for them to make the decision to sell, as they loved spending winters in Arizona and they loved their condo.  However, they knew that the time had come to stay in Minnesota year around near family and home. They began looking for a Realtor and had heard that Barbara was very good, so they called her.  Barbara was realistic and knew exactly how to price their home.  She had recommendations about what needed to be done as well as what not to worry about. We flew into town on business in the summer of 2009 and decided to spend the weekend looking at homes.  A sign for an open house caught our eye on the Saturday and we were led to a home that Barb was hosting.  We were instantly captivated by her charm and no nonsense approach.  We told her what we were looking for and headed back to our hotel.  Within an hour we had an email from Barb and a list of homes to look at.  We met her at the first one that afternoon.  Talk about accommodating and on the ball.  We looked at some more the next morning and by early afternoon we had put in an offer on a condo in Milano Terrace in Paradise Valley which was ultimately accepted.

We can tell you that we have bought alot of homes over the years, but we have never been treated to such a stress free and enjoyable home buying experience.  We didn't even intend to buy that weekend, but Barb nailed exactly what we were looking for and the price we were comfortable with.  And on top of everything she made it all great fun.  Being from out of the country, there were a few issues to deal with prior to closing and Barb did not hesitate to give excellent after sales service.
